Hello, I’m Rosila Jemima Manganohoy, the founder and President of RJM Real Estate. I started this company with a clear mission: to make real estate transactions easier, more transparent, and truly centered around people. With years of experience in leasing and property management, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across Metro Manila—from cozy residential units in Makati and other areas.

My Story

I didn’t always plan to become a real estate professional. Like many journeys, mine started with curiosity and a simple desire to help people find spaces they could truly call their own. Years ago, I helped a friend look for an apartment in Makati. What should have been a straightforward experience turned into a frustrating maze of dead-ends, poor communication, and unmet expectations. That moment sparked something in me — a passion to do better, and to provide the kind of service I wish we had received.

From that experience, RJM Real Estate was born.

I became a PRC-accredited real estate salesperson and slowly began building my reputation — not with flashy ads or empty promises, but with sincerity, fast response times, and a clear focus on what people actually need.What drives me isn’t just closing deals — it’s seeing the relief on someone’s face when they’ve finally found the right place. It’s the messages I get from clients who say, “You made this so easy,” or “Thank you for being so responsive.” That’s what I live for.
